Early Girls, Roma and some kind of Roma hybrid— we have about 10 gallons of tomato sauce now and a whole rack in the standup freezer of blanched and prepped tomatoes + the 40lbs of zucchini and corn— the beans and summer squash have overflowed into the meat freezer and we had to transfer the chicken to the beer fridge freezer and I have another steer that just went to the feed pen and… never mind— we’re F’d and have to go get another freezer, maybe 2 depending on how hunting season goes
