What if it Snows?

We have breakfast’d and now The Boys and I are preparing to tackle a chore that I have been putting off all summer— the apple tree has become worm infested and is making a huge mess in the pasture and must be dealt with

Wife took the baby and went to church by herself, I stayed home with the 3 oldest. They are all sick……….

 

Bet it’d make some mighty fine apple brandy

 

I’m sitting in Kankakee until Tuesday morning. Stopped at chasers last night in effingham. The pork chops were good. The service ain’t worth a #### anymore. And since it was Saturday there were lots of truckers being over served. Some of y’all have an alcohol problem

 

You say alcohol ? I picked up mine Friday for the weekend.

 

There were some who drank that amount last night. I imagine they feel spry this morning. I had three then went to bed. I would have had another but, drunk truckers tend to be obnoxious

 

The worms would definitely give it a distinct flavor—- The Boys have crapped out on me and decided that watching is much better than participating

 

At least keep the wood. I don’t know what smoked elk is like, but apple is good for a pig
