    Someone high up in the department COC was diddle’n his Ol lady and he was pissed about it and trained and was on hard times, lost everything and didn’t have nuth’n to lose so he set a trap and they took the bait and now some of them and he is dead, but he probably wanted the diddler but didn’t get him/her/it
