    That's Probly all that's wrong with my uncles ac. It went out Probly 3 or 4 years ago. He's way too cheap to even call and have it looked at. o_O

    Like was said it's most likely a capacitor, they are easy to check if you have the right multimeter and cheap and easy to replace.
