I remember years ago in a town near ours some guy beat his mother to death with a baseball bat in her own garage.......he "thought she was a raccoon trying to get into the trash".

Never did find out the end result of that case.

I'd try looking it up, but my time is mostly filled these days by going to physical therapy, and chasing phone calls about my WC case.....
