Daughter (lawyer) and hubby (doctor) {From Lex, KY} are UP IN MICHIGAN... From Ann Arbor on to Mackinac Island.
I got a video of a grainy/rainy crossing of one of the bridges. Said colors were fantastic starting up; now wet, hope dry brings out the full contrasts. Some pics of food showed promise.

 

Well, it is like they say about 3 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean.. "It's a start".

There is an old fella who used to live by my parents place that made quite a name for himself running horses down your way. Ron Turcotte, he did so much good for the community. Whenever there is a fire or a farm in trouble he got to work. Lumber shows up, livestock shows up. He passed this August. Just looking here now, over 3000 career wins

 

He also started out in the lumber camps, around 10 or 12 years old like my grandfather did
