Just backed in and pulled the knobs. Exactly 30 successful deliveries. Just shy of 3,000 miles in 6 days, all within about 60 mile radius. Truck is filthy, and my tail is dragging. Manure pit just started to overflow, reckon with another cup of coffee, I can get a foot or so out of that yet today. Plan to sleep alllllll afternoon tomorrow

 

It’s getting close— but close only counts in horseshoes, #### fights and hand grenades so we’ll give another 3 or 4 days

Can't get over the low height masts on freight terminal forklifts. In the warehouse, they want 83" lowered and 189 top.
Once needed to rent to a job of moving the hospital here laundry to the new building to house it. Low ceiling. My rental would not extend the free lift needed to clear floor and not hit ceiling.
Simple, I called Danny Gaddis, TM for Yellow here then and who I had on a PM contract on his unit.. Suggested I bring him my rental and bring his in to the shop, then take 5 days to PM it for free... He agreed and we swapped.
