Seeing one to close to the outside of the house would probably have me on the phone to the realtor.
Just through tv program knowledge I think the little ones are considered a little more dangerous due to not metering their venom well and using lots.

Had one similar today in Oregon, some name on it I couldn't pronounce, I pulled over it blew by, few miles later it's in the way on flat ground and me running pretty much running the limit, (work truck has a tattle tale) they were getting very annoying.

 

I don't miss any part of the job.

I was in a pick-up, the tattle-tale is what kept me from getting away in front of them, the slowing down by them afterwards is what bugs me, but I couldn't read the door becuase I don't speak that language. But atleast the parts were intact and the lights worked, that's a plus around the area.
