I don’t know if it will be better, but I swear by fluid film on my binders. It’s pretty tacky, and not runny like wd40 or even gear oil. It’s wax based and may hold up well. It keeps binders lubed way better that pb blaster or wd40.

There was something to be said for Memorial Day at Pine Bluff Church, Mantee, MS.. A day men and boys cleaning the cemetery and grounds.
For example a grove of trees off to the west of the yard, shade, and had 2 x 4's nailed from on to them other each side about waist high.
Piece of plywood on top of this , and prolly 8 or 10 rigged. Members brought food, spread it out, you worked the morning, ate and snacked and finished the ice cream by 2. Mingled, gathered tools, selected leftovers and, well ..next year.... Dads twin brother is buried there.

When I had this chain installed I cleaned it with diesel. That’s another beaten horse , how to clean one. The theory is to get the new chain junk off before applying ACF50. I’ve went down this chain rabbit hole several times. I’m not gonna do anything else till next spring.

This stove has seen better days. Since I can’t see the gas flame I tend to turn it up too high with the expected results.

I still have that with the missus, the stove is either on or off. No in between, it is definitely slower to change heat up or down.
I catch her scrambling eggs with the burner maxed out, doesn’t make it faster. Just worse
