Monteagle and cabbage aren’t nearly as bad a people act. You don’t see any truly knarly hills on the interstate. You gotta get on the old roads.

Monteagle is really not a big deal.
    Sign sez 45mph, drive 45mph.
Did it many times for many years without a Jake. Just pay attention and you'll be fine.
Fancy Gap on the other hand will get your attention. It's steep like Monteagle, but it's got a bunch of curves.....plus it's got a beautiful view. So while you're checking out the country side, the curve is next.

Because we over trucked, we returned to the rhinoceros.

And the friend of the rhinoceros is our friend.

Ran Government Camp 26 in Oregon for Corn Flakes with no Jake daily and triples to PDX. I'd smoke them once inawhile. About 25 was the limit.

Wv, western Pa. Get pretty hairy as soon as you get off a 4 lane. Skinny, steep and crooked. Zero shoulder

We would haul off of 25% on the ROW. Then lowered down till about 40%. After that track machines would carry it down.

There are several roads in that area that are 16%. Then you have 13 mile on 68 in western Maryland. 6% for 13 miles. It’ll sure test cooling capacity
