That looks good. The kids are little difficult to feed at times between differing dislikes of different things. They are otherwise pretty great teenagers so I don’t push back to firmly on it.
I try to work in more vegetables on them when I can, this recipe would be good for that. Can serve over rice or crispy noodles, or even pan fried udon noodles
