Because it is a nice day, 65 degrees. Have things that really need to be grilled for maximum flavor.
Power has been applied, appropriate buttons have been pressed and temperature set.

i will put it out there if you just looking for max alcohol % turbo yeast , bread yeast normally wont survive above 6% , turbo will go well into the 20's.

I used wine yeast off Amazon. I don't know what % it was good for, 15 or less, I think. I was thinking you could freeze distill it. Since I don't want to have still purchase recorded on the inter webs.

I took the fruit juice poured some off. Add a cup of sugar. Left about an inch of head space and put cap on loosel.ly. That was for 64 oz of juice.
