What if it Snows?

Boy….. I’m F*^ked. Went to the Doctor after 2 years and my A1c came back at 10.10, and he said kidneys are starting to fail among other issues. He told me I have 4 years if I keep going the way I’m going. So I’m doing a 180 and see what happens. The diet is going to be the hardest adjustment. No bread products, No rice products, and absolutely No corn products. The world has come to an end.

Perhaps Dave can take me off his ignore list and read and pray for me when he’s doing his “Usher” services as a good Catholic….. yeah right, when He’ll freezes over.

There aren’t many chain type stores here, but there are many gourmet and specialty type shops. I just really enjoy making my own stock, started on this one at 10. Didn’t bake off any marrow bones for it though. Beef barley and vegetable
