    Well I got to ask, are you the guy that washes the car then it rains? I was that guy, then I started washing the car in the rain, free rinse, if it would stay raining but it usually doesn't mother nature can be a real c sometimes.

    Seen a feller did that on a jeep -60C , wrapped tarp around bottom , stuck salamander diesel heater under side and waited for oil to turn back liquid .

    Not spongy,but they heave and settle alot.
    Especially the secondary roads that don't have a real good base.
    They have experimented with new stuff, but haven't found a good way yet to combat the extreme temperature swings.

    I am fighting it tooth and nail. But I’m sure at some point I will get bribed into it. But not today mfers, not today. I’ve managed to keep my ### on the gulf coast for the last three weeks.

    It's pretty tricky, gotta make sure the heat isn't blowing directly onto flammable material. More than a few have completely burnt up the very thing they were trying to work on. Seen a few folks just use a propane tiger torch and a piece of stovepipe.
