What if it Snows?

I could live in northern Arizona. Not the south part though.

 

Caught up. I’ve been up since six (6) am. Scored two (2) jars of claussen mini kosher pickles. Those things are hard to come by these days. I think there may be a shortage of pickle pickers.

 

The whole 11 western are bony. 8 or so resorts open with 1-2 chairs and
30" base.

I saw the ortho doc today, and after discussing my options, I was cleared for return to duty.

I still have pain in my rotator cuff, but they're not going to do surgery. The PT gave me some resistance bands to do some strengthening exercises in the truck.

I still have one more doctor's appointment, so I told dispatch I'll be ready to go Thursday.

Frankly, I feel that if I don't go back in the truck now, I'm not going back in the truck at all....and I'm too young to do that.

 

That’s great news, have been dealing with torn tendons and rotator cuff pain for 3 years now. Also no surgery and got the complimentary resistance bands from pt. Pain is less constant now and have been able to sleep through the night for the last 8-10 months. Would wake up while moving around in pain. Good that you can get back to it. Best of luck with it

 

For some reason that reminds me of the Redd Fox story about mother-frockers and cork-soakers in Los Angeles, that skit was funny without an actual swear word, implied but not said.

 

Curious, how do you feel about chiropractors? Have damaged the right cuff from several injuries. These allowed some bones to shift. Chiropractor said it would never be perfect, but with some work, it certainly could get better. He worked on getting things back in place. Still had to do the PT stuff for the muscle repair. The combo seemed to work. Was better than the doctor just handing out drug’s prescriptions.
