    Probably so

The new Owners took it for granted that the previous Owners terminated the Service when they sold the house

The previous Owner may get Invoiced for the Delivery and sued by the new Owners if they hadn't canceled the Service

    Big Whoops

I suspect there will be three insurance companies all playing not it on this one.
At least it won’t be an insurmountable amount. Probably 150000 between basement gut , remediation and redo. You won’t get punitive awards or big negligence type awards up here in court. Just made whole again

Next year was all booked up halfway through this summer. We leave a few holes in the calendar for delays or small jobs with long time customers.

image.jpg Very thankful this year for all the people in my life. Wasn’t a great year, but at the end of the day we’ve got a solid group of people around us to make life pretty great.

I get to find out in the spring, they must have plans already, haven’t had to make any measured drawings for submission yet. I try to not look to far ahead, it’s overwhelming at times. Bossman always finds us some pretty good stuff though.

the big lead time is owing mostly to the difficulty/hassle with permitting in Westmount

My dad's mother was a pinch of this hand full of that kind of cook, made some biscuits that would make your tongue slap your eye balls out, none of the girls ever got the hang of the process. My mother was trying like really trying and getting really close, then dad had too #### it up, he told her no matter what she did they never be as good as his mothers, mom raked everything in the trash and said she would never try again, and hasn't even now that dad's gone, nope won't do it.

Caught up. Managed to drag mom out of the house for a bit today. She’s still not over whatever she caught. Went down the road to a former restaurant that someone set up a Christmas village thingy. Pretty cool.
