    I’ve trimmed the ham down for the last of sandwiches. It was only a 12lb. Should have gotten the 17lb. Asked for a small one, those were my choices. Lol. Tomorrow it’s bean soup. Scored some 80/20 Hamburger for $2 a lb. That was exciting!!

    Got some really good cheese curds like one would find up in Wisconsin this week in Beaver, UT. I bought several bags, not as good or squeaky as the WI stuff, but a nice find on the cold deli case at Flying J in Beaver, UT.

    They had a few stacks of stickers on the counter that said "I ❤️ Beaver". I held one up and said I like that, that's funny to the cute gal behind the counter and she didn't seem to understand what was funny about it. It is Utah, but that in itself was kind of funny imo.

    And I'm thinking, "#### IT WOMAN." So I says,"Wow. Thanks. You do realize I'm dieting right?"
    And she's like," That little bit won't hurt you. I'm making more cookies too."
