    Sounds fair.... but is how the way some truckers typically treat guard shack (and other) people appropriate either?

    I believe a good percentage of "people" on both sides of that conversation need some lessons in professionalism. Some of those coaching sessions.... use of a clueX4 may be appropriate.

    I am always a yes sir no sir , please and thank you type of person. Anytime somebody gets me angry its because they started it . im fully convinced the life of a guard shack person , could possibly be the most miserable life anybody could live , even know they literally have the easiest job of anybody alive.
