Should be the easiest job, assuming the drivers have all the info and appropriate communication skills.

I believe that a major portion of the guard shack conflicts could be headed off by brokers, agents, dispatchers, and other office staff actually communicating appointment numbers and load numbers. That "support staff" ends up undermining most good intentions when it comes to guard shack people because the trucker blows up in the guard shack rather than excusing themselves to unload on dispatch.........
