I never saw guy with a pet goat, but it's a big area. There were some folks that went pack horse or mule and did clean up. However I'm NOT saying it didn't happen just never saw it personally.

Cleaning up Rubicon and Fordyce right now.....he'll may pressure wash the travel plava instead. Gonna smell about the same, unfortunate on both ends.

I'm going unhijack the thread now.

There's plenty of room for everybody up there, workers and players alike. We're aware that the majority are alright but the few that screw things up for us leave a lasting memory.
It's just that when we're logging we have a very limited amount of time to get our job done and if anything...or anybody... needlessly interferes with us or slows us down it costs us money.
If you go into the ditch or turnover or get stuck or even just plain break down we'll probably make sure you're alright, give you a ride to the nearest phone and wish you well. But we have neither the time nor inclination to be your tow truck driver or mechanic. If your vehicle is blocking our working roads, especially the main haul road, we'll move it out of the way. It might get scuffed up a little but if you'd stayed out of our work area you wouldn't be dealing with us at all.
Some of the log trucks especially are on a tight schedule. I don't drive logging truck much anymore but I know how it goes. If I'm in the woods now I'll be in my pickup or on a dozer or grader. A D-7 doesn't lose very many right-of-way disputes.

When we saw him we were hiking Gray's and Torrey, bagged 2 14ers in 1 day. Not into the 4 wheeling or bikes, but a good day hiking is great.

Now I'm curious which right of way disputes the D-7 does lose.

'Well I drove like 230 miles Tuesday morning, that was all the time I had. Then didn't sleep a lot Tuesday. Left Tuesday night at 2300. Drove all night, stopped for fuel, fix an air line, rhino dump, and coffee, then continued on to Phoenix, made my drops on time, staggered to the house and passed out.

Just woke up. There's no milk. Gave The OM her shot. Going back to sleep.

I understand this very well. Most of my family are truckers, some loggers in the mix too. What I was trying to say above is I do all I can to stay out of the way when your working (which is always)

Police cat. I watched it. The town fires the cat and a big uproar insues.

It just shows the lengths society will go through to keep felines from breaking through the glass ceiling.

They were using the cats Facebook page for PSA. Then one council women went mad with pusky envy.
