I'm 56. The way I feel right now, if I start to workout A LOT, I may be able to get back into shape to do electrical work by the time I'm 60.

I ordered the salisbury steak with gravy and mashed taters with green beans and garlic bread...well they just grilled a burger patty to use in place of the salisbury steak and i think they should do this from now... quite tasty

If in the future u ever need a big heavy tool to straighten something out like a mudflap. Ask the nearest flatbedder to borrow the winch bar. It is a universal tool .Can use it as a BFH , but also apply the square end over a mudflap hanger and bend it back and have plenty of leverage..if u ever want to break a kingpin lock off or a lock on a trailer , turn that square end over and start jabbing at the lock... i learned this the hard way when i lost the key to my kingpin lock and applied a lock to my headache boxes which then got seized from dirt and road salt.... Id probably carry one around even if i wasnt doing flatbed , just to thump my tires with it

Yeah i keep one in my sidebox for everyday use and i have a brand new one , black matte finish. I keep underneath the bunk. A solid steel winch bar jab to the face would most definatly reaarange some facial features
