Soon the current bubble will burst, a recession come, and the banks will sell you the houses cheap, at a shortfall price, just to unload yet another repo. It will also be a good time to buy used tractor/trailers, nearly new pickups, boats, and more. It has already started happening here, bank repossessions are going up up up.

Old AL coal haulers trick... Were running F8 Fords, Vernon AL to Louisiana
New truck or engine. Cover lower half of the radiator with the top cut from cardboard case of 30w oil.
Cut two 3" circles in it. Suction held in place and the holes dampened the vibration noise.
Run from Vernon to Red Davis at Greenville, temp been setting on 200 all the way. Rings set.
Remove card board and truck on. Truck would "run" and never used oil.
