I ran West a Few Times.....From what I experienced,(Legal Weight of course)
You Really got be brain dead Stupid to get a Ticket in Wyoming,Montana or Idaho...
Those 3 states in particular.

Most Laid back,Easy,Common Sense,Will let you do your job without harassments. Either at the POE or on the Highway
