Look up the definition of integrity...then imagine some questions they might ask.

An integrity interview is something that companies have started using where they are asking you the same question a bunch of times a bunch of different ways. They are looking to see if you have core values. As long as you always stick with the same answers and are not just looking to answer what you think they want to hear, you will do fine. Integrity is about having things you believe in no matter what the circumstances are.

Fastenal is a company that uses this sort of testing. It is amazing the number of people who cannot seem to pass it. Again, just stick with the same values and you will pass it. You won't get elected to Congress but you will be labeled as someone with Integrity.

Sounds a lot like the old psychological tests we had to take in law enforcement as part of the pre-hire process. What they are doing is looking for consistency in your answers. They will ask you the same few basic questions, just worded in different ways to try to disguise them.

In these tests, you are usually your own worst enemy, because after you have answered the same question over and over again, you can begin to question yourself as to whether what you are saying is actually right or not. It's pretty much all psycho-babble in my book. You get a person who is basically dishonest, and they won't have nearly as much problem in answering the questions, as will an applicant that is trying their best to give honest answers.

Don't let them psyche you out.

Except for when they turn the questions around so that if you answer "No" it actually means "Yes.":biggrin_2552:

    Note

You prob selected in the middle on those Kmart Walmart junk tests...

Again ::slides you a cheat sheet::

You gotta select strongly agree or disagree

They don't want ppl who can't make decisions.
(But in reality its opposite from the hiring process)

The whole process of getting hired is Bologna.

Trucking interviews are a breath of fresh air. Just hang out and talk abit. Not listening to some tard read a corporate question over and over in different ways.

Melton Truck Lines does the integrity interview. Nothing wrong with that.

Ask the same question 3 or 4 times worded differently and see if you give the same answer each time.

Google has lots of information on integrity interviews and sample questions.
