You might have a common name enough to cause a court error... True story from when I was a property manager and processing applications for new residents: This particular applicant had a common enough name to have a potential identity match to someone who had a sex offense in another state (where my applicant had never even been). I went to the source of the report and asked for a manual identity verification, which meant that the provider had to send someone to the court involved and physically look at the record involved. This took a few extra days but was worth it; as the applicant and the potential match shared a name and a birthdate; but not ID # or Social Security #, race, or even GENDER! I would see if you can get the case numbers for the Florida felonies and contact the court that held jurisdiction on the matters to get an identity match. With that information, you can petition the court to clear your name in Florida. You may need to locate a paralegal or a legal clinic to help work the system.

No these are records with my TX DL # on them. About 20 years ago someone used my ID when they got arrested in FLA. I found out about it when I had to spend 3 days Dallas jail waiting for fingerprints from Florida. I just thought that the charges had been dropped.

You need to get a photo match between you and the person that took your ID. If your fingerprints didn't match, I doubt the photo did neither. I would look into local legal aid clinics (if you have a law school where you are, you can get help there, the school might have a student run clinic with professor oversight).
