What is considered OTR miles?

I got gears and stuff, and this neat air horn. Country needs to be fed, things need to be delivered to other places. That's our job. DOT & other mind washed Idiots want to stop us. Up Date, 5:19 am Texas time. Went and licked the Tractor, I liked it. I am worried. Should have checked the air in my third axel. 125 mph. When they carve my stone I'm A Trucker. Ain't great, but I'm good.
