Its like a report card,something like that.Its a report that truckin companies use to put comments about a driver.Its some what like a driver's record.

DAC is a consumer reporting business. Companies pay to belong to their service. It is governed by the federal FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act).

They have a website. If you do a web search for USIS you will find it.
