I never said I didn't deserve to be fired. I however did not quit which would be breaking the contract. They fired me thus they ended the contract not me.

I can promise you your contract states if you get terminated you are responsible to pay back the amount you owe

Probably does. They are one sided contracts which is the point I was trying to point out to the op

They give you a CDL for free and in return all you have to do is not get fired and that's one sided?

This thread is about the practices of the megastar fat daddy and what to expect from them. I shared my experience so the op could have as much information as possible. Not to have my accident which can happen to anyone nitpicked by you. With that I won't be returning to this thread to argue it with you. The op can pm me if he has any questions.

Chewy, you caught a bad break.
That doesn't let you out of the training costs that you signed the contract for.

ANY roll over is considered a preventable accident.
You could have held your line, and maybe had a mirror taken out - but the truck and load would have been intact.
That is how it was 'preventable', and not excusable.

It's the difference between a few hundred dollars for a new mirror or over 100k for a new truck - plus the load you were hauling.

You made a decision that made you a bad risk.

I'm not sure a rollover can happen "to anyone". There are certainly driving behaviors that drastically increase the probability of a rollover: taking corners too fast, poor lane control, or distracted driving are a few things that come to mind. Rollovers don't just happen out of the blue for no reason at all. Even a blown steer can be handled and you can stay upright if you aren't habitually driving with one hand.
