What Is It With These Forced Teams?

    In my case its pretty up in the air depending on which routes we get. They do not let us choose routes. I would imagine other similiar kinds of driving like the Dollar General are similiar, since I always see both drivers doing the unloads.

    If you did something like OTR team driving or linehaul where only one guy has to work at a time then I'm sure you can have more set schedules.

    In a perfect world one guy would prefer days, the other nights. But I read about teams compromising and doing something like noon to midnight, then the other guy takes over and does midnight to noon.

    That's right you're doing Frozen Foods....correct ?

    12 hr driving....that's some serious rollin-down-the-road. How many miles you guys clockin a week?
