I would certainly take it back to where you got it, Tell them it is used but shouldn't have any codes on it, I found this:

So according to my cheat sheet here, MID 128 SID39 means Engine Starter Motor Relay, FMI 10 means Abnormally strong vibrations

Sounds like the starter circut short to ground. take it back to the place you bought it tell them to get ya fixed up
