Yeah, it was kinga vauge. I think it was the fuel pump that can get damaged from lack of lubrication if the oil and fuel filters are changed at the same time. On the DD platform anyway. Like changing out the fuel filter while waiting for the oil to drain. Just need to run the motor after chaining the oil to build up pressure and recirculate the oil before changing the fuel filter.
Don't laugh. I'm a field tech and you would not believe how many times I've driven 2 hours to a machine because it was low on oil. Show up and its literally, LITERALLY 1/8" below the full mark.
