What is the best bluetooth headset right now?

Here's some context.
I do local. no problems with law enforcement. However, im in own world with both ears covered,I zone out. I'm a smoker so always a window cracked to hear public services.

Reality: I don't give a crap. Hands free mutha f***A !!!!!!!

it's not recommended to have both ears covered. coming from me don't do it. I can't hear myself talking so it seems like im yelling at others
