Juicy's River Cafe, I-40, Needles. All their food is great and they have several burgers on the menu. I recommend the "Super River Burger". Can't really say it's the best I've ever had because I can't think of any burger I consider the absolute best of all, but it's worth a stop when going through there.

Heart Attack Grill in Las Vegas:
    [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]
Founded in 2005, Heart Attack Grill is a destination for "thrill seekers and risk takers," as owner Jon Basso puts it. Featuring a hospital theme, where waitresses are dressed as nurses and give orders for "prescriptions," this wacky restaurant gives a whole new meaning to outrageous dining. This is a restaurant where junk food is worshipped so much that its Quadruple Bypass Burger actually holds the Guinness World Record for the world's most calorific burger. These are no ordinary burgers - the smallest on the menu, the Single Bypass, is stuffed with five slices of bacon per patty. The Double Bypass, the Triple Bypass and the Quadruple Bypass are each stuffed with ten, fifteen and twenty slices of bacon per patty with Heart Attack's own unique sauce. One can enjoy Flatliner Fries or Butter Fat Shakes on the side. Alcohol and Half Liquor Jello Injections can be ordered along with the food.

I thought long and hard about this and have come to one simple conclusion.

NO BURGER ON THE ROAD HAS EVER BEEN AS GOOD AS ONE COOKED ON MY GRILL SURROUNDED BY FRIENDS AND/OR FAMILY.

Naw I haven't been to your area in quite a while. Though I wish I could come there to go to mom's organic market in jessup. They sold some ground turkey there that I cannot find anywhere else.

I made some lightly seasoned blue cheese turkey burgers. And had some ppl over, boy did they ever clean those plates!!!!!!!! I though my gal's coworker was gonna lick the grill!!!! So I went to go get more ground turkey. And prepared them the same way. But they didn't tast the same.

I've tried this six times with different ground turkey. And they never taste the same as the meat that I got there. But I'm sure I will have to go there on vacation. I'm not OTR anymore. I remember the packaging, but not the name of the company.

But mom's sells a lot of local produce, milk, and other things from southern PA and MD. So it must be from a turkey farm that doesn't feed them some mega feed. Like the regular turkey farms that produce those huge unnatural birds.

But those were the best burgers I've ever had. At least not from a restaurant. If any of you drivers have a fridge in your truck. Then stop at the TA in jessup and walk over to the Mom's organic market to shop for groceries. I guarantee you will start felling better. And also start loosing weight. If I had a load going that way. I would purchase a yeti cooler. And buy up all the ground turkey possible!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is something about the name of this place that doesn't sound inviting. I'm sure if they changed it to the daisy dukes cafe. There would be truckers every where. Like the place in TN.

Heart Attack Grill cooks french fries in pure lard. That stuff will plug the arteries fast. When I was very young and growing up in Tennessee, we lived with my grandmother for awhile and she cooked with lard. That stuff was delicious. Back then most people bought lard in 5 gallon tin pails. Thankful to still be alive!

Cooking with lard!!!!!! You've brought back childhood memories that I thought were long erased from my memory!!!!!!!!!!!

But Vegas is a weird place. They have slot machines in the airport. But have the nerve to post signs saying call this number if you have a gambling problem. Well keep the slots in the casino and there would be no problem. I had to walk around the blackjack table to go to the counter at the dang TA.

How can I not have a problem if it's always in my face???
