Did I mention Sconecutter in SLC? What makes the place good is they are open 24hrs and you can get a truck into one of their locations off I-15 and 90th south. Jump off and head east to get on the frontage road heading south. Check it out on Google maps.

Burger on a scone. :) white or wheat.

On the road, that was a tasty squirrel burger on i-35 in oklahoma between mm 34 and 35.

It was still warm. A jb hunt truck in front of me killed it with its steer tire and tenderized it with its drive and trailer tires.

Exit 68 off I-80 in WY... Little America in the truck stop between the fuel islands. They have what they call a Cowboy Burger...very good.

But I prefer their bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on sourdough. I get at least one, if not 2, every time I pass through there... Which is about 2 times a week.
