Kansas Turnpike had a viper for a while, dunno if they still have it.

Have to admit going into MI the first time, kind of thought I had went through a time warp after seeing a few. Aside from being curious if that center light was going to work, the cars looked cool.
-
The worst ones I remember is New York. They were only using a single color in the light bars, red I think. You couldn't focus on it, judge the distance to it, couldn't really see it all that well. Lights don't work very well at all without the contrasting colors. Michigan being the exception. Those big red old school lights are some of the best I've ever seen as far as visibility.
The Challenger Thanks this. -

I used to hear rumors of Montana HP having some cars with 6:71 blowers on them. Never saw one though. -
At first glance I thought the thread topic said best looking state police highway officer. I had a name. Never mind.
-
Plenty of those rumors over the years, blowers, turbo's and nitrous
on LEO Cruisers were always bigger then life.
Its not that it never happened, just very rare to have such a thing.
You'll find the Magnums running all over Kansas
