What is the best, trouble free, reliable Apu on the market?

    Another high hour thermo king evolution user checking in here. Changed the belt and alternator over the last year. Do PM on it once every 6 months or so.

    I've had both brands carrier and tk .
    99% of what you get out of them is how you take care of it .

    Same here, and completely agree. Both my Carrier and my TK were high hour second hand and came with the trucks. The Carrier was older and took a bit of investment to get it running, but it ran good after that. It has 28,000 hours on it when I sold the truck.

    I am intrigued with the Green APU now and might consider one next time, assuming I ever buy a new APU.
