What is the cpm you would want for this type of work?

Exit plan? Some of that would be in the contract. Or just find someone else who can do it better. Plus, you already would have a couple of trucks now, so selling off one or both. Remember, that was accounted for in the original cpm calculations...even selling/transferring the route could get you money if stipulated in the contract. Take your pick for an exit plan, there are even reasons people need to sell a profitable business if they are looking to retire or have to pay for healthcare for a family member, etc. It happens.
