What Is The Difference Between BlueParrot 450 and 550?

The 450 is way better than the 550 . I have had the 250 when it was black and never had a problem with it then i hot the 450 and it worked great decided to get 550 and it constantly is hanging up my calls it does it all the time . Especially if I drive near a bank . I guess the alarm signal disrupts the headset signal because never fails to disconnect my calls i think the 450 is more comfortable and never had a call hang up the only difference that the 550 has is its all voice activated which to me it sucks the sound quality on the 450 is better .. I stick with the 450 for sound quality and the charger is a type c not like the 550 that has a micro usb don't know why they didnt keep it as a C type charger.

 

Yes that is terrible that they went with a micro usb on the 550 but I still think the sound quality and comfort is better on the 450. I have a 250xt a 450 and a 550 . I rather use the 450 hands down . Also I usually call in blue parrot and claim my headset is damaged and they send you a replacement without having to return the old one so I always have a spare headset . No pics needed just say that my headset broke from the ear piece and fill in the form the email me and received a new one but you have 1 year on the 250 and 350 and 2 years from purchase on the 450 and 550.

 

I bought a 550. Went through a few. They all would just randomly hang up on calls. BT replaced it under warranty with a refurbished 450. It’s probably my last BT headset.
