That's true, but it is very few, I'm looking at the list right now, I can scan it to you if you like, but the biggest is Landstar. Werner is on there - there is a total of 14 names. Another issue you will run into is that some brokers require your authority to be anywhere from one month to 1 year old before you can sign up with them, so there are things that will get in your way, but nothing that should not keep you from being successful. I had another issue that caused me to go to OOIDA in that I own another truck (straight) that is leased to another company, and everyone else I spoke to would not write it because of that. I did get a decent quote from TBS also, but they had the situation with the other truck. Might try them, Jarrell@tbsokc.com. Good luck to you....

I figured it was better getting some insurance at a good rate...try TBS that I mentioned, they seemed reasonable, too. So much will depend on the truck, driver record and other factors, including I believe, credit.
