my Job requires me to Join a Union, it is part of the terms of employment.

but whats the point? why should I work just to give my money to a third-party corporation that I disagree with (on many things)

I bet the job pays a LOT!!! more than other jobs in your area, and the reason is because of your brother drivers paying union dues.
But this is the new America and you're an American and should be paid the same as the other drivers without paying money to this so called organized labor.

Then that union is not doing their job - if their job is to get you better pay and working conditions, which is what the job of unions was when they were first formed.

You actually answered your own question when you said...
"but whats the point? why should I work just to give my money to a third-party corporation".

    rabbiporkchop Thanks this.
