All the statistics I have seen show union workers on average make 5 - 10% more than non union workers in the same job.....but someone has to be in the bottom half of those stats, and unfortunately it is you.
You could become active in the union and see why they are not doing better on wages and benefits.Pintlehook and stayinback Thank this. -
