What is the Primary reason you have quit a company?

1. Low miles
2. Bad equiptment
3. Dispatcher from hell

 

First two reasons were the reasons I quit my last company.

 

Bad payroll
Bad payroll checks
bad equipment

And then my own bad attitude

 

A few drivers told have told me they quit because their not home often enough!!

 

Ditto. I have given up being frustrated with swift just roll with the punches

 

I quit my last company for better cpm.

 

How about crappy trailers
How about an arrogant office staff at every terminal that look at you like you're vermin
How about inaccurate DAC reporting
How about skimming 8-10% off mileage pay

Owner turned the operaton over to his 2 sons ( back in the early 80's) been o/o ever since.

Went from a great place to work to 1 that you dreaded going into work.

$ for the day to day running of a trucking outfit was used for Corvettes , Pickup trucks , boats . Repairs were put off , fuel cards declined , equipment sold and not replaced. 6 of us left on the same day , 3 months later doors were closed.
