What is this and should I leave it where it is?

    Most trucks use a combination of air bags (control ride hight) and shocks (control bounce) BUT NOT INTERNATIONAL... they use a combo unit.... air bag and strut (like a front wheel car has)...

    The air bags control the ride hight.... THE CAB struts control the the bounce.... if you look at your air bag the strut portion is the part bolted to the frame..... it's all a single unit (air bag and strut) and must be changed as a unit...

    You have the OLD STYLE AT $750 EACH at the Indianapolis dealer or you can change to the NEW STYLE AT $300 EACH..... (national back order).. and you must change both units at the same time or the bad one will cause the new one to go bad...


    I know this because it took me 2 months to get mine....

    Pic shows the unit.... top 1/2 is the air bag.... bottom 1/2 is the strut..
