Noticed this on my pre-trip this morning. Looks like the bolt that goes through it must have broken inside.
Anyhow, what is this called and what is it for?
Passenger side is broken, posted pic of drivers side as well...
Thanks
What is this part called?

Suspension stop. Helps keep the weight and sqeeze off the air springs when they air down. Just knock out old bolt with a punch and hammer and replace the bolts.

Someone has added a spacer bar to the suspension stop. Usually added for full fenders to keep from rubbing with the suspension dumped.
Custom added part.
Looks like new bolts should fix it up.High Stepper, cke, Dino soar and 4 others Thank this. -

I’ve always welded my stops on, haven’t seen any bolted like that. Looks a little cleaner than my welded bar stops. Lol

I also weld them as well or I have a new truck frame CNC machined out of titanium with those built in and then gold plate it. I know a great shop in the northwest. A guy has an old Soviet Union machine they used for submarines in his barn.
but yeah you can bolt them on.Deere hunter, Long FLD and dosgatos Thank this.
