Max RPM 3600. Must be old if these newer engines went 3600 you’d be in deep doo doo.

“Over center” means that the pump is a variable displacement pump, so it will keep a continual pressure in the system even when there is no load (volume requirement.) I usually see them in hydrostatic drives, where you have a motor connected in series to a pump. I would also try to set up some sort of rpm limit switch so that the engine can’t make the pump go over 3600 rpm, which may be a heck of a math problem since I’m assuming you’re going to set this up to run off the flywheel. It honestly looks kind of small, most of the hydraulic kits I’ve seen use a saeur danfoss 60 series.
