Its for open deck work. One end (the open end) is for binders and the pointed end is for strap winches on the trailer.

Its a winch bar for tightening the ratchets for the straps on flatbeds or step decks.

if used properly it's a tool for flatbedders. chains and straps.
if not careful, it'll brake your glasses and slice your forehead. and possibly even some teeth.
there's actually 500 pound wonders that can really make them chains TIGHT.
and like most of the post above. they only use theres for security or sanity againt intelligently challenged humans.zoekatya Thanks this. -
