Sorry to hear about your troubles! I have had them several times when I woke up in the morning I must of slept wrong, they are a real pain in the neck litteraly LOL!! I dont get them from the computer, probably because I am always listening to music, and the fact that I cant sit still for two minutes!! Maybee just take a break for a few minutes and move around a bit? I hope it gets better.
