What is your favorite thing about driving a truck?

Waking up in a different city or state everyday.

Seeing all the farm ponds I wish I could sneak into.

The windmills on 65 in IN.

Seeing Grand Ol Opry on the Briley in Nashville.

Watching the sun rise from my windshield.

Op. Why don't you go out on the road? There's not one person in this industry that doesn't benefit from some windshield exposure.

 

It beats doing a S T R E T C H behind bars !

 

I actually like the fact that I DO punch a clock these days.

Stress? There's ways to relieve it.

 

Blowing the doors off Prime trucks.
Running over pee bottles at the Peelot.
Taking 30 min breaks on the fuel island.
Finding parking at night in the Northeast.
Pissing off 4 wheelers on single lane roads.

I'll go with the adventure. I have OTR in the blood.

And yeah, there's not much to match the comfort of waking up to the churning of that DD15, nice and toasty, while it's -9 outside. Especially when my partner comes along.
