... what ## are you blasting me for? Just tryin to help... Did you actullay read my post?... Did you even read yours? You asked for people to tell you their gross , but you didn't want to know any of their expenses... That doesn't tell you anything.... I can only now hope to assume you ment their NET profits? Do me a favor and re read the way you question was written... the read mine.. just tryin to figure out why you would want gross info without the rest of the facts? With a bs attidude filled reply like that why would anyone want to help?... I even started with -not tryin to be rude, and ended with good luck! WTF

 

I would say that is a very bold statement. Do you have any idea what it COSTS to run a truck, new or old? Unless you have the cash to buy a NEW truck and have NO truck payment, then I think your starting point in research is how much is it going to cost me to run this business. You would be better off asking what is your net, and why?

I am only the wife of a driver, but the one who does the books, and I am deeply insulted at how you chose to handle that response.

Lol...well it looks like everyone else beat me to it. Kind of ballsy to come and ask for everyone's gross without asking for further information; and then to blast others when they DO provide that info. Gross won't tell you anything at all. Some can make more on 200k gross than others do on 500k gross.

Why don't you learn about the actual business first? Yeah, and this advice is coming from a Pumpkin driver.

 

JUst curios... Is it me ... i re-read my 1st post with the 243,000..... i keep thinking its pretty apparent that those are radom numbers that i pulled outta thin air in an example as why just knowing a gross figure does no good? I dont no how you old timers here on the board deal with this kindda bs but makes me wonder why I/anyone should even bother to try to help........ maybe its me....... whatever
