    I looked below the signature. I agree "there's nothing like Flatbedding". That is why I don't do it.

    No need to go the "GYM" to get your Cardio :naka:. Flatbedding provides you with a great Workout. And it's a bonus for me cause Im local so it's not just once a day.......... Then I go home EVERY night and take a shower after the workout.
    A "Member" in here says it best " Flatbedding is NOT for sissies"
